Meditation is a powerful tool for achieving inner peace and balance. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, the Sahaja Yoga meditation course is an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice and learn about your inner being.
The four-week course is free of charge and is designed to be accessible to people of all levels of experience. Each class will be around 1.5 hours long and will cover a different aspect of meditation and self-discovery.
The course will begin on Wednesday, February 8th at 6:30 PM with an introduction to meditation and how to meditate. The following classes will delve deeper into the subtle energy system within us, chakras, and elements, and how they can help us achieve inner peace and balance.
Throughout the course, there will be different workshops and activities that incorporate music and other elements to enhance the meditation experience. The final class will be a recap and an opportunity for those who wish to continue their practice.
